Big Sis - March 17, 2013
Lucy was so excited to be a big sister. She didn't remember anything about the labor and delivery even though she was awake for a small portion of it and actually met her brother just minutes after he was born. But she was pretty sleepy. I'm not sure there is any way to really prepare an older sibling for the changes that are about to take place in their world when a new sibling arrives. We read a book and talked about it but it is definitely one of those things that you have to experience. She is such a loving girl and all of a sudden seems like such a big girl next to her little brother. She is already such a wonderful big sister.

Lucy is so, so~ cute! Why don't you let her see her own pics. I am sure Lucy loves to see pics and recollect her feeling of then.
beautiful children! really, SO beautiful!
I especially like the second picture. Lucy has such big, beautiful eyes.
